Our work is all custom made. Surfaces, components, extrusions and more are all innovated, designed, and engineered, and produced by our employees.  We partner with our
manufacturers which plays an important role in influencing the way that the mills produce our metals. This reduces the cost for producing these complex projects because Zahner begins with a solid foundation, reducing costly mistakes expended by the client on various sub-contractual work.

Our custom methodology influences a quality control that employees learn from day one: poor craft is not an option. Zahner produces work with tight tolerances; this is achieved through good team communications and hard work.  We empower employees by requiring of them great feats; and in return, respecting individuals for their contributions.
