Fabrication

Master Craftspersons / Modern Technology

The Fabrication/Manufacturing division focuses on the custom needs of our clients by actively participating in the design process and working to the exact customer specifications with the result being a high-quality, cost efficient end product.

All of our metals, metal finishes, and metal surfaces (including our MetaSystems™ line of raised, lowered, cut, and perforated products) were developed with our clients needs in mind.  This broad pallet of metals – combined with our manufacturing experience and expertise – offers a nearly limitless range of possibilities for our customers.

Working from two manufacturing facilities, Kansas City, Missouri, and Dallas, Texas; USA, we utilize state of the art CNC capabilities for all architectural product needs.  Additionally, Zahner has developed various proprietary pieces of manufacturing equipment and proprietary manufacturing processes.  Combined these assets allow us to deliver exacting standards in a large volume of finish and surface styles.

Green Manufacturing

The Zahner fabrication/manufacturing division is built around lean manufacturing principles.  We do so to eliminate waste of both material and human resources to provide the best value to our customers. Computer-guided machinery reduces human error and increases efficiency. Waste is carefully sorted and recycled.

Our talented craftspersons take great pride in their work.  They are truly committed to being the best worldwide in the architectural metals field.
