This division was created to meet the needs of a wide range of customers asking ZAHNER for creative and innovative solutions for their product needs. The Fabrication/Manufacturing division focuses on the custom needs of our clients by actively participating in the design process and working to the exact customer specifications with the result being a high-quality, cost efficient end product. All of our metals, metal finishes, and metal surfaces (including MetaBUMP, MetaPERF and MetaSHAPE) were developed with our clients needs in mind. This broad pallet of metals – combined with our manufacturing experience and expertise – offers a nearly limitless range of possibilities for our customers. The ZAHNER fabrication/manufacturing division is built around lean manufacturing principles. We do so to eliminate waste of both material and human resources to provide the best value to our customers. Working from three manufacturing facilities, Kansas City, Missouri, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Dallas, Texas; USA, we utilize state of the art CNC capabilities for all architectural product needs. Additionally, ZAHNER has developed various proprietary pieces of manufacturing equipment and proprietary manufacturing processes.
