The flat seam panel system has been a part of the architectural metals industry since the inception of metal cladded roofs.  Through years of experience, research and engineering, Zahner has taken the typical flat seam system and expanded its capabilities to a new level. 

Generally speaking flat seam panel is used to develop patterns across the surface of a structure.  By utilizing our knowledge and experience we can create patterns in flat seam panels never before used in architecture.  In doing so, we can create a variety of sizes and configurations to meet your design criteria and to ensure moisture shedding.

The Zahner flat seam panel system can be installed on practically any surface or shape.  Flat seam panels can be constructed from a wide variety of metal types.  Each system is custom made to our client’s specifications.
