A Time Proven System

The flat seam panel system has been a part of the architectural metals industry since the inception of metal cladded walls.  By incorporating our years of experience, research and engineering Zahner has improved the typical flat seam system and expanded its capabilities. 

The flat seam panel is used to develop patterns across the surface of a structure.  By utilizing our knowledge and experience we can create patterns in flat seam panels never before used in architecture.  We can create a variety of sizes and configurations to meet any design while insuring moisture shedding capability.

The Zahner flat seam panel system can be installed on practically any surface or shape.  Flat seam panels can be constructed from a wide variety of metal types.  Each system is custom made to our client’s specifications.

This system was used in context in Hunter Museum, KC Star, and Weatherhead.
