<< Back to Wall Systems

Patent No. 5394666

The INVERTED SEAMTM system is a unique panel system developed and perfected by Zahner for use on any variety of wall applications.  This system provides designers a smooth planer or curved surface, free of upstanding ribs or features.

The INVERTED SEAMTM system incorporates a concealed clipping system that acts as a pressure-equalized gutter for capturing water and directing it out of the surface.

Due to its flexibility, the INVERTED SEAMTM system can be constructed out of a variety of metal types and can be applied to practically any shaped wall surface.  This type of panel accentuates the desired metal finish without interruption of architectural detail.

INVERTED SEAMTM system panels have undergone extensive pressure and wind testing.  The panels can be rectangular or trapezoidal in configuration and are constructed to exacting standards.

This system was used in context in Modern Art Museum.
