This tower is approximately 55 feet tall. The main body is perforated copper panels attached to a steel frame. The perforations allow interior light to illuminate the piece at night, providing an identity for the bank after hours. The fan on top of the tower is perforated stainless steel. The cube near the top is for the UMB sign. There are several UMB Bank locations around Kansas City, MO. that have one of these towers at the entrance.
