Plate Panel™

The Plate Panel System offers a large-panel option that mitigates oil-canning and improves material-yield.

Our Plate Panel system is composed of metal panels in plate (typically .120”+) thicknesses with hardware welded to the backside that engages with Z-girt hardware. Adjustable Z-girts can allow for tolerance in the substrate, so the final installation is smooth and continuous. The joints can include backing hardware to close the joints or can be designed with open joints to allow airflow.
